Central City CO

Central city

The scenery

One Sunday morning we packed a picnic and drove into the mountains to a place called

Central City. Even though it was a warm day in golden when we left, as we got more into the

mountains the colder it got. Good thing we remembered our coats and scarfs! The view was amazing! We went through some old Ghost towns, and everywhere

along the side of the mountains, was old Gold Mines,

You could not got near the though because they are very dangerous and they are so dangerous if you fall in one of the , you probably will not get rescued because that would put lots of other people in danger. So they don't rescue people. We stayed well away from them!

It looks so dry there! You look like you are having fun being cowboys and girls!
